Ganxet's Quality Brand
‘Ganxet’ beans have Protected Prestigious Product Classification from Vallès-Maresme, which certifies quality in production, manufacturing, classification and commercialisation. You can find these beans dry, cooked or preserved.

The ‘Ganxet’ bean is a very important crop in our county and it is highly regarded by consumers. It is a dry, average-sized white bean with the shape of a hook (ganxet). These beans are especially good with bacon and salads dressed with recently pressed oil, and especially when eaten together with another county’s delicatessen –the sausage from la Garriga.

Alella's Quality Brand
The vineyards that form the current Alella Quality Brand, one of the smallest of the peninsula, covers an extension of approximately 560 hectares located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Serralada Litoral, to the north of Barcelona. These have been modernizing as the years went by and have incorporated new technical and new systems to work and to produce, but supporting the quality and a strong personality.

Her wines are recognized by the quality, so much those who are of a variety of grape, already be pansa white, chardonay or sauvignon white, as that they are proved of combinations. Nevertheless, not only the whites are exquisite, but that the pink ones with garnatxa, merlot and pansa rosada, and the blacks elaborated with varieties of cabernet sauvignon, ull de llebre and merlot are worthy of mention.

Alella's Quality Brand has over 140 wine producer, that they produce an average of 8.000 hectoliters.
